The Windham Restaurant has created a great bar and lounge upstairs! We went on a Thursday and listened live music and enjoyed the crowd. Our bartender, Jill, was great and so nice. Great place to hang and check out!

My recent dining experience at The Windham Restaurant in New Hampshire was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the service, provided by our server Taylor, was impeccable. I ordered the fish and chips, which came with a generous serving of onion rings and French fries. The fish was incredibly fresh and the entire dish was well worth the 25 price tag. The highlight of my meal, however, was the sweet potato and cranberry salad – it was absolutely the best part of the night! My wife and I also shared the shrimp and crab cakes, which were delightfully crispy and flavorful. While my wife found her Caesar salad to be just okay, she thoroughly enjoyed the chicken pasta. The pasta was super creamy with perfectly cooked chicken. One of the most impressive aspects of our visit was the speed of the service. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, which was perfect for our evening plans. Overall, The Windham Restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and excellent service.

We were there as a large group on a Saturday night in January 2025. There were 8 of us with one who was disabled. When I made the reservation with the manager ahead of time over text msg, s/he originally asked about us going upstairs. They were more than happy to accommodate putting us downstairs because we had someone who couldn't do stairs like that. The food and drinks were terrific, but more importantly the service was exceptional! They were attentive and interactive with us; even the owner ended up coming out to greet us (FOMO since we were having so much fun with the waitstaff). We all had a fabulous time, especially Bill! We would definitely go back in an instant. Thank you so much!

We dined at the Windham and sat at the bar. Greeted promptly by Patrick the Bartender who was very helpful, even let me try my dirty martini to make sure it was to my liking. He was attentive, friendly, gave us suggestions for dinner. We both had great meals, took home half of mine as large portions. Drinks were excellent and the vibe was fun with a local feel. Looking forward to returning soon for some live music upstairs .

Absolutely delicious food! Loved the restaurant and had really great service. It was very loud with patrons sitting at the bar, which made it a little difficult to fully enjoy our visit. However, the food and service made it worth it. Will gladly visit again when in town.

Nice atmosphere, good food, and even better service! It has a nice setting for a date or to bring family. The space is a little tight, but that’s not a big issue. The waitresses were hustling and attentive. Our food came out quickly and hot despite it being a full house. Portion sizes were good too. Glad we got a reservation as we likely would have had to wait (6:30pm)! Would recommend this place to anyone. We are sure to be back again and are happy to have this Italian restaurant nearby.
